At Régler Watches, we are committed to delivering outstanding Dutch quality and craftsmanship. That is why we offer a comprehensive 2-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship.
What is included
All incidents that can be linked to a manufacturing defect, or to faults in materials or workmanship.
The Timepiece
The timepiece itself is the centrepiece of the watch. Any defects or malfunctions are fully covered by our guarantee. Contact us and we will provide a new watch case.
Discolouration
Nothing is more annoying than discolouration. We believe in our materials, which is why discolouration is included in our guarantee — not only for the watch case but also for the strap. When the materials start to discolour, contact us and we will replace the part with a new one.
Defects
Every defect is handled with care. Contact us through WhatsApp or on our contact page and we will replace the defective product.
Light activity water damage
Life is full of surprises. Rain, a spilled drink, or accidentally dropping your watch in a puddle are nothing to worry about. All our watches are water resistant to a certain level, as indicated on the back of the watch.
While we recommend keeping your watch as dry as possible, wearing it while washing your hands, gently cleaning it, or being caught in the rain is not a problem. Despite our advice to avoid contact with water whenever possible, these situations are safe for your watch.
If your watch does suffer water damage during normal use, please contact us. We are here to help you find the best solution.
6 months of battery
The watch battery will last a very long time. If the battery runs out within 6 months, do not worry. Contact us and we will explain how to have the battery changed by the right jeweller, and reimburse the cost.
