The Timepiece itself is the centrepiece of the watch. Any defects or malfuctions are fully covered in our Guarantee. Contact us and we will provide a new Watchcase.

Nothing is more annoying than discolouration. We believe in our materials, that is why we also include discolouration in our Guarantee. Not only the Watchcase but also the Watchstrap! When the materials start to discolour, contact us and we will replace the part with a new one!

Every defect will be handled with care. Contact us through WhatsApp or on our Contact page and we will replace the defect product.

Life is full of surprises! Rain, water spilling and dropping your watch in a puddle is nothing to be afraid for. All our watches are waterresistant to a certain level marked on the watchcase. We recommend to keep your watch out of the water as much as possible but the maximum of showering won't be a problem. When the watch is still damaged with light activity, please contact us and we provide the best sollution.

The Watch battery will last a very long time. If the battery is empty within 6 months, don't worry! Contact us and we will give you instructions how to get the battery changed with the right jeweler and reimburse the cost.
