The Timepiece itself is the centrepiece of the watch. Any defects or malfuctions are fully covered in our Guarantee. Contact us and we will provide a new Watchcase.

Nothing is more annoying than discolouration. We believe in our materials, that is why we also include discolouration in our Guarantee. Not only the Watchcase but also the Watchstrap! When the materials start to discolour, contact us and we will replace the part with a new one!

Every defect will be handled with care. Contact us through WhatsApp or on our Contact page and we will replace the defect product.

Life is full of surprises!
Rain, a spilled drink, or accidentally dropping your watch in a puddle are nothing to worry about. All our watches are water resistant to a certain level, as indicated on the back of the watch.

While we recommend keeping your watch as dry as possible, wearing it while washing your hands, gently cleaning it, or being caught in the rain is not a problem. Despite our advice to avoid contact with water whenever possible, these situations are safe for your watch.

If your watch does suffer water damage during normal use, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help you find the best solution.

The Watch battery will last a very long time. If the battery is empty within 6 months, don't worry! Contact us and we will give you instructions how to get the battery changed with the right jeweler and reimburse the cost.
