It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@reglerwatches.com or by filling in the form below.

If this does not lead to a solution, you can register a dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Consumers in the EU can also register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission, at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file it via the European Union platform.
