Order and dispatch on the same day: All orders placed before 11:59 PM are shipped the same day. We understand how excited you are to receive your new watch, and we do our best to minimize your wait time.

Your order is typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods, such as holidays. You will always receive the necessary tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Free EU Delivery: We pledge for free delivery inside the EU except for Russia, Ukraine, and the EU part of Turkey.

Returns

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receiving the product without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this product depreciation to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

Free for Benelux, Germany, and France: For now, we pledge free returns for Benelux, Germany and France. The free return countries will be extended in the future!

Return process:

  2. Pack it: Make sure the watch and all accompanying accessories are securely packed in the original packaging. 
  3. Ship it back: After requesting a return, you'll be guided on how to send your package back to us.
  4. Await refund: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is in good condition.
